摘要
通过对全国高职院校教师的工作状态、职业压力及心理健康状况的抽样调查和研究,结果表明,目前高职院校教师的工作状态不佳、职业压力较大,身心健康不容乐观;工作状态、职业压力和心理健康两两之间存在显著正相关,职业压力与工作状态对心理健康都有显著的影响作用,职业压力对心理健康的影响有一部分是通过工作状态来实现的。在此基础上,文章提出了建立面向高职教师心理健康的社会支持系统、EAP系统等应对策略。
By use of cluster sampling method a total of 530 teachers from ten Vocational Institutions in Guangdong,Guangxi,and other eight provinces.The result shows that these teachers are under too much strain;bear with poor occupational stress and mental health problems.There is distinctive positive correlation between working condition,occupational stress and mental health.Teacher's working condition and occupational stress can influence mental health obviously,when occupational stress influences mental health,working condition will adjust this process somewhat.On this basis,this paper proposed the establishment of vocational teachers for the social support system and EAP system of mental health
