In the background of intensifying of vocational college enrollment and employment,sustainable devel-opment is the foundation of NTVTC to gain a competitive advantage and achieve a smooth and coordinated development.However,the realization of sustainable development of college is inseparable from career planning of teachers.This article will combine sustainable development of college and career planning of teachers for integration,in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers while better promote the sustainable development of NTVTC.
