摘要
社会经济的发展对高等教育和专业人才的培养提出了新的要求。文章分析了目前工商管理专业人才培养中存在的问题,并从培养目标、理论课程体系、实践教学体系、素质拓展体系等方面对该专业本科人才培养模式的创新进行了探讨。
New requirements from higher education and the cultivation models of professionals are demanded with the advancement of social economies.This article probes into the existing problems of cultivation models of professionals majoring in business administration and,based on the training objective,theory course system,practical teaching system,quality development system and so on,discusses the innovation of undergraduate cultivation model.
