摘要
在经济全球化、全面推进素质教育及法律职业共同体的构建背景下,检讨和反思了我国目前法学教育中存在着的问题,指出培养复合型、应用型的法律人才才能适应时代发展的需求,并对此提出了相应的改革措施及相关的建议。
