高职毕业生服务辽宁老工业基地的障碍及对策研究

Graduates in Liaoning Service the Old Industrial Base of the Barriers and Countermeasures

高职教育作为提供技能型人才的重要来源,是促进辽宁老工业基地振兴的有力保证。但是,现阶段高职毕业生服务老工业基地存在一些障碍,如对口就业率低、人才培养规格与社会要求不相适应、政府在专业设置和办学规模上缺乏政策引导、校企对接合作方式不规范等。针对这些障碍,提出了相应的解决对策。
