摘要
济钢400m^2烧结机主抽风机采用高压变频器起动和变频调速运行,实现2台电机与2台变频器无扰切换,互为备用。系统实现了同步投切、飞车起动、同步机励磁自动调节等功能,成为当时国产最大功率的高压变频器(7500kW/10kV)成功应用的范例。第一例EMC项目在济钢实施,节电率超过20%,效益显著。
The 400m2sintering machine main exhaust fan in Jinan Iron and Steel uses high-voltage inverter frequency control start and run, achieved two motors and two inverters bumpless switching, alternate each other. The system can realize synchronization, speed-start, automatic adjustment of synchronous machine excitation functions, became the largest domestic high-voltage power converter （7500kW/10kV） examples of successful application. The first EMCof Jinan Iron and Steel project implementation, it saved electricity over 20%.
