摘要
在20世纪60年代以来世界性的教育改革浪潮中,教育公平成为全世界所有国家最关心的问题。本研究分析了韩、日、英、法、美五国经济的飞速发展得益于教育公平方面所进行的有益实践,尤其是利用"差别原则"对贫困地区教育的优先发展,进而提出了在我国贫困地区教育发展过程中依照"差别原则"优先发展贫困地区教育来实现教育公平的构想。
Since the 1960s,a world-wide educational reform wave,Educational Equity become the most important problem that people of all nations usually concern about.This study analyzes the Valuable Practice of the Educational Equity which the Korea,Japan,Britain,France,the United States five countries made,espessially who use the "difference principle" to develop priority education of poor areas,some ideas about using the "difference principle" to develop priority education of poor areas during the process of our Educational Development in poor areas are presented.
