摘要
饮料作为很多人夏日里消暑解渴的饮品,其卫生状况并不那么令人放心,饮料被污染的事件也常有发生。主要从饮料测定时的pH值、初发酵时间、样品的生长环境以及培养基等方面,分析这些因素对测定饮料中大肠菌群的影响。
Beverage,as a kind of drink,can quench thirst in summer,its sanitary conditions are not always reassuring. Beverage polluted events also happen quite often.This paper discusses the influence factors of the detection rate of beverage coliforms from the pH,the primary fermentation time,samples,habitat environment,and the culture medium,etc.
