Mudanjiang university teaching reform as an opportunity in this paper,the design ideas and the practice of the project teaching method in the dairy production technology course are explored in several aspects of the educational thought and educational philosophy,the overall design course,the unit design,the teaching model,exam modes teaching methods and means.
