摘要
提出一种基于二值图象压缩编码前处理的新观点和新方法 ,即从数学角度出发 ,提出一种方案 :对在二值图象中影响WBS编码、块编码效率的黑直线段 (铅直或水平 ) ,进行编码前预处理 ,消除黑直线段 ,提高压缩比。
In this paper,a new theory and a method for predictive processing based on two valued image compressing are proposed and an algorithm based on mathematics for improving the efficiency of WBS coding and block coding of binary image is presented.The basic principle is to eliminate the black straight line sectors(vertical or horizontal) by preprocessing them before encoding.The compression ratio is then increased.
