大学生就业的“工作经验”悖论及解决之道

The Dilemma of "Working Experiences" in College Graduates’ Employment and the Solutions

当前大学生就业难和企业人才荒并存的现象多源于"工作经验"所引发的一系列悖论。化解这些悖论可以从改革现行的高教制度、调整高校的培养目的、转变企业的人才观和引导大学生正确的就业意识等多方面入手。随着经济发展方式的转变,这些悖论将会逐步化解。

The current phenomenon that difficulty in getting employed for college students is accompanied with the talent shortage for enterprises has originated to a great extent from a series of paradoxes arising from the demand for ＂working experience＂. In looking for a solution to these paradoxes,we may embark on our efforts in reforming the current higher education system,reorienting its cultivation goal,reshaping enterprises’ view on talents and guiding college students with proper employment awareness, among others. These paradoxes will be dissolved with transformation of economic development mode.
