摘要
全纳教育,作为一种思潮,在国际上兴起于20世纪90年代,是20世纪末期重要的国际教育思潮。1994年联合国教科文组织等国际组织在西班牙召开的"世界特殊教育大会"上,首次提出了"全纳教育"这一概念。然而,发展至今,人们对全纳教育的具体概念的理解又有分歧,到底是要实现全纳学校还是全纳社会,到底是部分全纳还是全部全纳,本文针对这一讨论,试做一个简单论述。
On inclusive education,as a trend in the international rise in the 20th century 90’s,the late of 20th century,an important international educational trends. 1994,UNESCO and other international organizations in Spain at the "World Special Education Conference" first proposed "on Inclusive Education" concept. However, the development as far,it is specific to the concept of inclusive education have a different understanding of the differences. In the end is to achieve an inclusive school is inclusive society,in the end is part of the inclusive or all inclusive,for this discussion paper,try to do a simple exposition.
