云南少数民族小学教师职业倦怠的现状及对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解云南少数民族小学教师职业倦怠现状。方法:采用修订版职业倦怠问卷对云南省16个地区的252名少数民族小学教师进行问卷调查。结果:云南少数民族小学教师情感耗竭程度较高,个人成就感降低和人格解体的程度次之,有1.98%的教师出现高度倦怠状态。与昆明市小学教师相比,少数民族小学教师的职业倦怠程度非常显著地低于昆明市的教师。少数民族小学教师职业倦怠程度在工作1~5年最高,而工作20年以后最低。在性别、班主任、离职意向变量上,教师的职业倦怠存在显著差异。结论:与昆明市小学教师相比,少数民族小学教师职业倦怠程度较低,但有相当比例的教师表现出倦怠倾向。 Purpose: to understand the job burnout status of Yunnan minority teachers in Elementary school. Methods:using the edited Job Burnout Questionnaire to investigate the 252 Yunnan minority teachers in 16 different regions. Results: the items of the sensibility exhaust is the highest,individual achievement reducing and the personality disaggregation after it,1.98 percents of the teachers have the highest burnout. Compared to the teachers in Kunming, the job burnout of the minority teachers in elementary school is under them evidently. The teachers’ burnout is the highest during working 1-5 years, and it is the least after working 20 years. On the variables of sex、teachers’ types、demission will,the burnout have difference evidently. Conclusions: compared to the teachers in Kunming,the minority teachers have less burnout,but quite teachers put up burnout liability.
