The Demand of the New Course Reforms to the Teachers’ Specialization Ability

教师专业能力的提高是新课程改革的需要,是教师专业化发展的需要,新一轮基础教育课程改革在课程功能、结构、内容、实施、评价和管理等方面都较原来的课程有了重大创新和突破,对教师各方面的素质提出了新的挑战和要求。本文提出了教师面对挑战应具备的专业能力,如对课程结构的整合能力、对课程资源的开发能力、对现代教学技术的应用能力、学习指导技能、合作技能、学习评价技能等。

The development of the teacher＇s specialization ability is the demand of the new course reforms,teacher profession development,lately a foundation education course reforms had a graveness innovation and break in the course function,the structure,contents,evaluation and management etc,the reformation of new course brings up new challenge and requirement to our teacher on their education conception,education habit,integration knowledge,diathesis,and other aspects,and point out the ability our teacher should be competent for to accept the challenge. For instance,the ability to neaten the course structure,the ability to exploit the course resource,the ability to apply the modern teaching technology,and studying guidance technology, cooperation technology,evaluation technology,and etc.
