摘要
本文以交际学者Bradford Hall提出的Zoo Approach理论为依据,结合William B.Gudykunst的"身份认同"理论、Stella Ting—Toomy的"协商共享理论"分析和探讨建立以师生间不同的深层次价值观差异为背景的学校"社群"(Martin Buber),达到构建和谐师生关系之目的。
Based on the theory of "Zoo Approach" proposed by Bradford Hall (1997), combining with the theory of Identity by William B. Gudykunst and the Negotiate Shared Theory by Stella Ting Toomy, the paper analyzes dialectically and discusses the feasibility of constructing school community on the divemities of values between teachers and students to get harmony.
