民族地区中学英语教师继续教育课程设置研究——以甘南藏族自治州为个案

摘要 本研究以甘南藏族自治州为例,提出了构建民族地区中学英语教师继续教育课程设置体系的建议:课程内容全面、按需施教;模式多样、注重实效。坚持以"新理念、新课程、新技术"为重点内容,力求科学合理地设计培训课程,以多元化的培训模式满足不同层次英语教师的需求。 Taking the Tibet Autonomous Prefecture of South Gansu Province as an example, this paper proposes some suggestions of setting up the Continuing Education Curriculum for English teachers in middle schools in Ethnic Minority Areas. The curriculum are meant to provide comprehensive courses according to the trainees' needs to produce practical effects with the aid of varied modes. Focusing on the new ideas, curriculum and technology, we should design scientific curriculum reasonably and meet different levels of middie school teachers' needs through. Multi - type of modes.
