摘要
针对高校中长跑教学中学生存在的诸多生理、心理等方面的问题,论述了启发学生学习动机、调动学生学习热情,消除怕苦、怕累思想,培育意志品质和增强其自尊、自信、自强信念的心理训练方法。
In view of the existing physical and psychological problems of students in colleges and universities middle-distance running teaching, it is suggested in the paper that some psychological training methods should be noticed such as innovating students study motive, stimulating their study enthusiasm, helping them conquer erroneous ideas temper and enhancing their self-esteem, self-confidence and self- reliance.
