2l世纪中国荒漠化预防及治理技术研究展望

Prospect to Study on the Technology of Desertification Combating of China in 2l^(st) Century

立足于21世纪谁来养活中国人的重大问题,针对当今国际社会高度重视的环境问题——土地荒漠化防治,根据全国生态环境建设规划的总体目标,确立了中国荒漠化预防及治理的国家目标,分析了荒漠化预防及治理的技术需求,提出了荒漠化预防及治理的科技优先领域和关键技术.

:Aimed at desertification combating, a serious environmental problem commonly concerned in the international community, based on the major problem that who can feed Chinese in 21st Century, and also according to the overall goal of National Eco-Environment Construction Plan, the technology demands and national targets to combat desertification in China are analyzed and build up. Furthermore, the preferential fields and key technology in scientific research and education to combat desertification are suggested by authors in this paper.
