“腰痛宁”贴膏治疗腰椎间盘突出症36例

"Yaotongning"Plasters in the Treatment of 36 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察刘世琼教授"腰痛宁"贴膏穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者72例随机分为穴位贴敷组和综合疗法组,每组36例。穴位贴敷组采用"腰痛宁"贴膏贴敷相关穴位;综合疗法组采用穴位针刺、拔罐和阿是穴放血等综合疗法。4个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:穴位贴敷组愈显率和总有效率分别为77.1%和91.4%;综合疗法组愈显率和总有效率分别为52.9%和85.3%。两组比较,穴位贴敷组愈显率优于综合疗法组(P<0.05),而有效率却相当(P>0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷"腰痛宁"贴膏治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于综合疗法。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of professor LIU Shi-qiong＇s ＂Yaotongning＂ plasters and point apprication therapy for lumbar disc herniation.Methods：Seventy-two cases with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups： acupiont sticking therapy group and comprehensive therapy group,thirty-six cases in each group.The acupiont sticking therapy group was treated with＂Yaotongning＂ plasters on relevant acupoints;The comprehensive therapy group was treated with acupuncture combined with cupping and bloodletting therapy.After four courses of treatment,it was according to the lumbar disease results judgment standard of Japanese association of plastic surgery enacted in 1984 to judge curative effect.Results：The cured and significantly effective rate of acupiont sticking therapy group was 77.1%,and the effective rate was 91.4%.The cured and significantly effective rate of comprehensive therapy group was 52.9%,and the effective rate was 85.3%.The cured and significantly effective rate of acupiont sticking therapy group was better than comprehensive therapy group（P〈0.05）,but the effective rate had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：＂Yaotongning＂ plasters in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a definitely curative effect.
