摘要
江汉油区采出水含盐高达200 000 mg/L,残余油可达147.1 mg/L,含油高导致后续絮凝工段难以沉降,经常出现絮体上浮现象。采用环氧氯丙烷原料开环聚合得氯代聚醚,再用低分子单胺将氯代聚醚阳离子化,得阳离子聚醚型反相破乳剂,应用于处理工艺前端除油效果明显,为后续处理水质达标提供了有力保证。
The salinity of wastewater from Jianghan oil field is up to 200 000 mg/L,residual oil in the wastewater reaches 147.1 mg/L,which causes the difficulty to settle the wastewater in the flocculation section and the phenomenon of flocs floating.In this paper,the cation polyether inverse demulsifier was synthesized through ring-opening polymerization of epichlorohydrin to produce chloro-substituted polyether and then cationization of the chloro-substituted polyether with low molecular monoamine.The inverse demulsifier was applied to remove oil in preliminary stage of treatment process,which offered powerful guarantee for later wastewater treatment.
