摘要
为解决目前板坯连铸机结晶器对弧检测方法测量精度低、调整工作量大的缺点,在深入研究其测量原理的基础上,提出了测量方案,开发设计了一种全自动板坯连铸机结晶器对弧检测装置,并给出了该装置的使用方法。通过现场试验,该装置满足对弧工作要求。
To solve the shortcoming of the traditional measurement method, which is low precision and hard for adjustment during the installation of slab continuous caster crystallizer. This paper puts forward a measuring project and develops a full-automatic control device in basic of the study of measuring principle, and gives out the application method for the device. Through the field experiment, the device is effective to meet the arc detection work.
