摘要
研究了倍加福CANopen绝对型编码器在某输送装置控制中的应用,首先简要介绍了该输送装置的功能和倍加福CANopen绝对型编码器的相关参数及使用,然后从硬件配置和软件编程两个方面给出了CANopen绝对型编码器在某输送装置控制中的具体实现方案,并通过试验验证了该方案的可行性,最后经和原方案综合比较得出此方案具有精度高、可靠性好、抗干扰能力强等优点,很好的满足了某输送装置控制系统的要求。
This paper researchs application of PEPPERL + FUCHS CANopen absolute encoder to the feeding device control,first introducing function of the feeding device briefly,and advancing frondose blue print of CANopen absolute encoder to the feeding device control from hardware requirements and software programme,and verifying feasibility of the blue print combining test,and last summarizing this blue print comparing quondam blue print has excellence of high precision,good reliability,strong anti-jamming ability and so on,appeasing the request of the control system of feeding device commendably.
