摘要
负荷牵引车主要用于测量各种车辆的牵引性能。FHC300负荷牵引车在硬件设计方面,采用电涡流测功技术和分动技术,通过调节负荷大小,模拟被试车辆的各种行驶负荷;采用具有随动和直线行驶保持功能的拖钩装置,保证了牵引力传感器仅受到拉压力的作用。在软件设计方面,利用多线程技术保证测试数据的实时采集、显示及储存。通过FHC300进行了某型号铲装机牵引特性测试实验,实验过程及结果表明FHC300的测试效果准确、高效。
Mobile dynamometer vehicle is important equipment in the measurement of traction performance for various vehicles.The FHC300 mobile dynamometer vehicle applies eddy current dynamometer and transfer gear to adjusting the load and then simulating various driving load for vehicles under test;adopts tow hook with following-up and straight road holding function to ensure the traction sensor is only subjected to tension or compression;utilizes multithreading software to guarantee the real time data acquisition,display and storage.The test result of a wheel loader shows that FHC300 is accurate and efficient.
