摘要
针对人体机械磅秤的关键零件"长臂支承杆"用连冲模生产出来后零件的平直度达不到人体机械磅的设计要求。为了克服平直度的缺陷,以往采用手工敲打的方法,满足不了生产要求。因此设计和制作了一台专用的棍轴式校直机,增加一道高效的工序,以达到大批量生产的目的。
Against the key component long arm steadying bar in body weighing machine,it can not reach the design straightness after progressive die.In order overcome the straightness flaw,they amendment by hand in the past and can not satisfy production.So design and manufacture one special flattening machine,add a high efficiency procedure,it can reach mass production.
