摘要
目的通过分析RH血型检测方法,探讨影响RH检测结果的原因,确保实验室血型检测快捷、准确。方法对106852例本血站献血员标本进行RH(D)血型抗原检测,通过盐水法、聚凝胺法、间接抗人球蛋白法对RH阴性血进行初筛、复查。结果受检者中检出RH(D)阴性316例,RH(D)阴性率为0.3%(316/106852),其中检出RHDu亚型的3例。结论盐水法对RH阴性血型进行筛查,间接抗人球蛋白法和聚凝胺法结合确证其阴性的检测,能有效保证RH血型检测的准确性,对输血安全有重要意义。
Objective To explore the affecting factors for the detection of RH blood type and to ensure the labs to detect blood type rapidly and accurately by analyzing the methods of detecting RH blood type. Methods RH antigen was detected in the blood samples from 106 852 donators the samples with negative RH ( D )were screened by normal saline and then re-tested by polybrene and indirect antihuman globulin. Results 316 of 106 852 (0.3%) donators were RH ( D ) negative, 3 of whom had Du subtype. Conclusions Normal saline for screening RH ( D ) negative blood samples, and indirect antihuman globulin and polybrene for confirming RH ( D ) negative can effectively ensure the accuracy of detection of RH blood type and has important significance of blood transfusion safety.
