护理干预对预防老年髋部骨折术后患者低体温的影响

Effects of nursing intervention for the prevention of low-temperature to elderly patients with hip fracture

目的探讨护理干预对老年髋部骨折术后低体温的影响，提高术后护理质量。方法将200例术后患者随机分为干预组和对照组各100例，对照组采用常规的围手术期护理，干预组在对照组护理的基础上给予主动调节环境温度、严格进行人体保暖、护理操作尽量集中，严格控制液体输入速度、使用加温液体、吸入气体进行加温和湿化，实施个性化心理干预和相关知识指导等护理干预，记录两组患者术后血压、体温、血氧饱和度等生命体征，观察寒冷、寒战等不适症状的发生时间。结果干预组患者术后低体温和寒冷、寒战等不适症状的发生率显著低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论对老年髋部骨折术后患者实施综合保暖护理干预，可有效地预防术后低体温，有效地降低术后寒冷、寒战等不适症状的发生率。

Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention for the prevention of lowtemperature to elderly patients with hip fracture and improve the quality of care after surgery. Methods 200 cases were randomly divided into intervention and control group with 100 patients in each group. Control group used routine perioperative care, while intervention group received care based on the ambient temperature with initiative regular strict body warm, focus on care and operation, strict control of fluid input speed, the use of heated liquid, inhalation of gas heating and humidification, the implementation of individualized psychological intervention and guidance to nursing intervention knowledge, the vital signs of blood pressure, body temperature, blood oxygen saturation degrees of two groups were recorded, and the occurring time of the cold, chills and other symptoms were observed and compared. Results Postoperative hypothermia and cold, chills and other symptoms of incidence in intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05） Conclusion Comprehensive warm care nursing intervention implementation to elderly patients with hip fracture surgery is effective in preventing postoperative hypothermia and effectively reduce postoperative cold, chills and other symptoms incidence.
