尿毒症维持性血液透析患者并发症140例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 140 samples with complications about patients with maintenance hemodialysis

目的分析尿毒症维持性血液透析患者治疗过程中易出现的并发症，便于对并发症进行及早干预，及时防治并减少并发症的发生。方法对本院2007年9月-2010年9月140例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者的并发症进行分析总结。结果本院140例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者共进行了18689例次血液透析，有15462例次出现并发症，并发症主要为低血压、高血压、失衡综合症、痛性肌肉痉挛及心律失常等，其中最常见的为低血压、高血压。结论尿毒症维持性血液透析患者容易发生各类并发症，应该尽早采取相应的措施减少并发症的发生，以减少尿毒症维持性血液透析患者并发症的发生率，提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To analyze the complications of patients with maintenance hemodialysis in order to interference earlier, then to reduce the incidence of complications. Methods We analyze the complications of 140 samples of patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from September 2007 to September 2010. Results There were 15462 person-trips of complications in 15689 persontrips of patients with maintenance hemodialysis. The main complications were hypotension, hypoglycemia, hypertension, muscle spasm, arrhythmia and so on, the hypotension, hypoglycemia and hypertension were the most familiar complications.Conclusion Any kinds of complications could occur among the patients with maintenance hemodialysis, we should take effective measures to reduce the incidence of complications, in order to improve the life quality of patients.
