摘要
目的探讨压贴三棱镜应用于先天性眼球震颤的效果。方法对16例先天性眼球震颤病例应用压贴三棱镜移动中间带减轻眼球震颤。结果16例代偿头位明显改善，正前方注视视力均有提高。结论压贴三棱镜应用是一种治疗先天性眼球震颤的安全、有效的非手术方法。
Objective To explore the effect of fresnel press-on prism in treatment for congenital nystagmus. Methods 16 cases of congenital nystagmus were used with fresnel press-on prism in two eyes. Results 16 cases of acting countervail head had been improved obviously. The eyesight of watching ahead had also been enhanced.Conclusion The application of fresnel press-on prism is a safe, effective but nonsurgical way to cure congenital nystagmus.
