摘要
目的了解市小学生健康基本知识的知晓程度和健康生活方式与行为形成情况,提出合理的建议和干预策略。方法由我所自行编印调查表,对小学五至六年级学生进行健康知识、健康行为调查。结果干预前知识知晓率为51.0%,健康行为形成率为77.8%;干预后知识知晓率为94.6%,健康行为形成率为95,2%。干预前后差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论应将健康素养的培养纳入到学生教育中,培养学生基本健康理念,形成良好的健康行为和生活方式,营造健康成长的温馨环境。
Objective To study the understanding level of pupils to health knowledge and how they form their healthy life style and behavior and put forward some reasonable proposal and intervention strategies. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the health knowledge and health behavior conditions primary students at five to six grades of school.Results Knowledge understanding rate before intervention was 51.0%, health behavior rate was 77.8%, after the intervention the knowledge level increased to 94.6%, and health behaviors was up to 95.2%.Conclusion Health literacy training should be incorporated into the student educational contents, to increase the health knowledge and basic concepts, and to develop good health behaviors and lifestyles, creating a warm environment for healthy growth.
