摘要
阻燃是塑料生产、加工和使用过程的一个基本要求,卤素阻燃剂是众多塑料阻燃剂中应用最广泛的一种。卤素阻燃剂的缺点和日益严格的环保法规,使得卤系阻燃剂的研究和应用面临着越来越多的挑战。本文对卤素阻燃剂的特点、作用机理和目前应用受到的挑战进行了初步分析,在此基础上综述提出未来卤系阻燃剂的研发方向及其重点。
Flame retarding is a fundamental process during the synthesis, processing and application of plastics. Halogenated flame retardants are most widely used among all Flame retardants. However, their own defects and more strict environmental laws and regulations make the research and application of these retardants more difficult. This paper analyzes the halogenated flame retardants' characteristics, mechanism and challenges, and based on the analysis, this paper brings its proposals about the research of the halogenated flame retardants in the future.
