摘要
混合化工废水成分复杂且多变。笔者针对某化工集团公司的水质特点 ,深入研究和探讨了生物脱氮机理、技术及其影响硝化和反硝化的各种因素。生产实践结果表明 ,A/O工艺处理混合化工废水的效果优于传统的活性污泥法 ,主要水质排放指标COD、BOD5 、氨氮、SS等达到了国家一级排放标准 ,这一成功的生产实例为A/O工艺的广泛应用提供了必要的参考依据。
The composition of mixed chemical wastewater is complex and variable. Writer researches and develops mechanism and technology of biological denitrification and all sorts of factors in affecting nitrification and denitrification deeply in accordance with wastewater quality characteristics of one chemical group company.The result of production practice state:result of Anoxic/Oxic technology exceeds traditional activated sludge method in treating mixed chemical wastewater.The main wastewater quality discharge indices COD、BOD_5、NH_3-N、SS etc.Can meet national one grade wastewater discharging standard.The successful production example provides necessary reference basis for Anoxic/Oxic technology extensive use.
