摘要
采用电渗析法处理联碱废水,回收废水中流损的物料,结果表明,可以将含盐1%(质量分数)的联碱废水分成浓液和淡液,浓液含盐质量分数可达到9%~10%;淡液含盐质量分数约为0.05%。浓液经多效蒸发再提浓后回联碱母液系统;淡液回滤碱机作为洗水。从而实现联碱生产系统污水排放量为零。
In the article, we discussed the pilot scale test which used electro-dialysis process to treat waste liquid of Hou's Process and recover the materials loosed in the wastewater so that realize the zero discharge of the waste liquid of Hou's Process. Through study the test result,we found that the wastewater which contains 1%salt (quality percent) can be divided into concentrated solution and diluted solution through electro-dialysis process. The salt content of the concentrated solution can be high as 9%~10%, while the salt content of diluted solution is as low as 0.05%.The concentrated solution recycled to Hou's process mother liquor through distillation and concentration while the diluted one recycled as soda filter's washing water.
