摘要
用硫酸从草浆黑液中析出木素就是用酸中和黑液.使碱木素胶体受到破坏.生成难溶于水的木素.从黑液中析出、试验探讨了硫酸浓度、PH值、温度等因素对酸析效果的影响。结果表明:用硫酸析出木素的方法对木素破坏很小.木素结构基本无变化。较适宜的工艺条件是酸浓度10%、pH值3.0左右、温度50~55℃.在此条件下析出木素量最高。分离出木素可以作为工业原料使用。而酸析液的色度、COD等都明显降低.为进一步处理创造了条件。
The lignin was separated out from straw pulp black liquor by sulfuric acid. The acid neutralize blackliquor, in which the alkali lignin colloid was decomposed and separated out from black liquor in the form ofunsolvable lignin. The effect of acid consistency, pH, temperature on separation was explored. The result showthat in this method the destruction of lignin is a little, the lignin strucure is unchanged basically. Suitabletechnology facors are: aed consistency 10%, pH about 3.0, temperature 50 ~ 55℃. in these factors thequantity of separated lignin is maximum. The separated lignin will be used as industrial raw materials. and thecolority, COD of sepeated liquor are reduced remarkably, Which give conditions for further disposition.
