摘要
重点探讨了金属在大气环境的电化学腐蚀机理,分析了影响轴承锈蚀的主要因素,提出了轴承防锈的基本思路和方法。大气环境中轴承的锈蚀主要是由电化学腐蚀产生,偶然伴随化学腐蚀反应。提高轴承材料的防腐性能,利用可靠的防锈材料在轴承表面形成完整致密的保护膜,严格控制工作环境的温湿度及其变化,可以有效保证轴承在生产和使用中不发生锈蚀。
The electrochemical corrosion mechanism of metal in the atmospheric environment is mainly discussed, the main factors influencing bearing corrosion are analyzed, and the basic idea and rust - resistance method are put forward for bearing. The hearing corrosion in the atmospheric environment is mainly induced by electrochemical corrosion, acci- dentally followed along with chemical corrosion. The corrosion prevention in the hearing production and use is guaran- teed by improving the anti - corrosion property of bearing material, using reliable rust - resisting material which can form a complete and compact protective film in the bearing surface, strictly controlling the temperature and humidity of the work environment and their variations.
