采用磁路计算与有限元分析相结合的方法,对单相自起动永磁同步电动机进行了设计和仿真。详细介绍了基于磁路计算和Ansoft有限元分析相结合的电机设计过程及方法,重点介绍了用Ansoft建模,进行空载静磁场有限元分析和负载稳态分析的详细步骤,并且给出了Maxwell2D空载静磁场有限元分析和负载稳态有限元分析的结果。
The design and simulation of self-starting single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) was implemented by the method of combining with magnetic circuit calculation and finite element analysis.This paper introduces this method and the design process in detail,chiefly describes the procedures of no-load static magnetic field finite element analysis and load steady-state analysis based on ansoft modeling,and gives the result of Maxwell 2D analysis.
