基于DSP/BIOS的无刷直流电机控制系统的研制

摘要 无刷直流电机继承了直流电机运行效率高、调速性能好等优点,同时克服了直流电机电刷带来的噪声、火花等缺点,在诸多领域得到广泛应用。为改善无刷直流电机控制系统的性能,研究模糊自适应PI控制器在无刷直流电机控制系统的应用。系统以TMS320F2812数字信号处理器为控制器设计了控制系统硬件,基于DSP/BIOS嵌入式操作系统开发了系统软件,实现了对无刷直流电机的控制。实验表明,系统具有良好的鲁棒性、可靠性、实时性,且系统的升级、扩展便捷简单。 Brushless DC motor(BLDC) has been widely used in numerous fields,since it carries on the virtues of DC motor in high efficiency and good performance of speed control system.At the meantime,it also overcomes the weakness of DC motor such as the sparks and noise caused by the brush of motor.For improving the performance of BLDC control system,this paper studies the application of fuzzy adaptive PI controller to BLDC control system.Taking TMS320F2812 digital signal processor as controller,we design system′s hardware and develop system′s software based on DSP/BIOS embedded operation system,thus implement the control of BLDC.The experiment results show that this system has good robustness and reliability.It is real-time and easy of upgrade and expansion.
