摘要
电机绕线转子线圈初始的焊接结构并头之间间距很小,焊接效率低,经过多种焊接结构工艺试验,最终采用H型夹块装配、改变冷却方式减少对绝缘的破坏,不但可以从各种位置焊接,而且夹块时预置钎料容易,可以减少对绝缘的破坏,很大程度提高焊接质量及焊接效率。
The initial welding structure of motor wound-rotor coil has the disadvantages of smaller separation distance between shunt heads and lower welding efficiency.Through the process experiments of various welding structures,the technologies of assembling H-shape clamping block and changing the cooling method were finally determined to reduce the damage of insulation.This process has the advantages of welding from various positions and easily pre-embedding the brazing filler metal before clamping the block.It can reduce the damage of insulation and improve the welding quality and welding efficiency to a great extent.
