摘要
通过CAE、材料、加工工艺等方面,对柴油发动机曲轴断裂进行失效分析。分析曲轴断裂失效的主要原因是曲轴的安全系数偏低。通过改进圆角加工工艺、优化圆角结构、提高材料性能,从而提高曲轴安全系数,并且通过可靠性试验验证,解决了曲轴断裂问题。
This paper has introduced relevant analysis for crankshaft fracture failure of a diesel engine of Europe 4 by CAE, material, manufacturing process technology, etc. The reason of crankshaft fracture failure is mainly due to the low actual safety factor of the crankshaft. The actual safety factor has greatly increased through improving manufacturing process technology and optimizing the frame of the crankshaft, and enhancing material performance of the crankshaft.
