4UD―1型马铃薯挖掘机的仿真研究及模态分析 被引量:5

摘要 4UD―1型马铃薯挖掘机采用振动式挖掘铲和抖动式分离筛结构,影响其工作性能的主要因素是牵引速度、铲和筛振动的频率和幅值。为得到挖掘机正常工作时的关键参数,应用Pro/E建立了挖掘机参数化模型,在ADAMS中进行了仿真,得到振动铲、抖动筛的运动学变化曲线和整机工作时的振动频率、幅值。结果表明,振动铲和抖动筛的振动频率均为9Hz,振动幅值分别为3.6mm和33.1mm,振动铲与抖动筛共同工作时振动幅度为29.5mm。这为提高挖掘机的工作性能提供了研究数据。再利用Ansys10.0进行挖掘机机架的模态计算分析,得到在添加铲与筛的质量后,机架的固有频率为43.9Hz,远大于挖掘机的工作频率,避免了挖掘机的共振,保证了工作稳定性,同时也为挖掘机振动频率的提高给定了一个范围。 4UD-1 potato digger adopts vibration digging shovel and shaking sieve structure,and the main factors which affect its performance are drawing speed,vibration frequency and amplitude of shovel and sieve.In order to get the key parameters of potato digger working normally,the parametric model of 4UD-1 potato digger is established with Pro/E,and its simulation is done in ADAMS,by doing this,the kinematics curve of vibration shovel and shaking sieve and also the vibration frequency and amplitude of the machine are obtained.Results show that the vibration frequency of vibration shovel and shaking sieve is 9Hz,and vibration amplitude is 3.6mm and 33.1mm respectively,and vibration amplitude is 29.5mm during vibration shovel works together with shaking sieve.This provides research data for improving the performance of potato digger.Then modal calculation and analysis have done using Ansys10.0,and get natural frequency of the frame is 43.9Hz,which is far outweigh digger's working frequency,avoiding the resonant of potato digger and guaranteeing the working stability,and also giving a range to improve vibration frequency of potato digger.
