摘要 研究香蕉秸秆的生物学特性,分析种植过程中秸秆的现有处理方式。在此基础上,设计香蕉秸秆的还田工艺路线,对还田机械的传动系统、总体结构、工作原理进行详细介绍,给出还田装备的主要技术参数。文中重点对粉碎机构的破碎原理、刀具结构、安装方式和除根/还田机构的破茬原理、刀辊总成和布刀形式进行研究和设计。该香蕉秸秆机械还田技术既能够处理地上的蕉茎蕉叶,又能够彻底清除埋于地下的球茎根系,可以解决制约香蕉大规模种植所面临的秸秆处理难题,具有重要的经济效益和生态价值。 Firstly,banana straw's biological characteristics and treatment method have been discussed in this paper.Based on the above-mentioned knowledge,The process route of banana straw's returning is given.In addition,transmission system,overall structure and operating principle of the returning machine as well as its main performance parameters are introduced in detail.What is more important,the research and design of the principle of smashing mechanism,cutter structure,installation way,the principle of root-cutting returning mechanism,cutter-roller assembly and cutter arrangement are introduced.Through banana straw's returning technique,not only banana stem and leaf on the soil but also corm and root system in the soil can been treated.The technique and equipment illustrated in this paper can solve the straw handling problem which has limited large-scale planting of bananas.Meanwhile,it has both great economic effects and important ecological value.
