摘要
间接式电流速度测量中存在电路结构和测量过程复杂,测量结果影响因素较多等问题,同时为提高精度、降低成本,提出一种基于TDC技术的直接式电流速度测量方法,同时设计出以TDC-GP1为核心的直接式电流速度测量系统。本系统时间测量精度为125 ps,测量范围为3 ns^200 ms,如果以铜质传输线为介质可直接测量距离为0.9 m^60 000 km。对2 m长的普通网线进行实测,得到电流速度为0.290 m/ns,该值与约0.3 m/ns理论的值十分接近。
There are some defects in the current speed measurement method by indirect type,such as circuit struc-ture and measuring process are more complex,influencing factors of the measuring result are more.Meanwhile,in order to improve accuracy and reduce cost,a kind of current speed measurement method by direct type based on TDC technol-ogy was presented in this paper.At the same time,a kind of direct type current speed measurement system based on TDC-GP1 was also designed.The time measurement accuracy of the system is 125 ps,and the time measurement range of the system is from 3 ns to 200 ms.The measurement distance range is from 0.9 m to 60 000 km when the material of the transmission wire is copper.The current speed is 0.290 m/ns which is based on the direct current speed measurement method on a 2 m network cable,the speed is very close to the theoretical value that equals to about 0.3 m/ns.
