摘要
解决截割硬岩的振动问题,对提高纵轴式掘进机的工作特性有重要意义。建立振动力学和数学模型,介绍理论分析方法,模拟实际工况进行实验研究,分析各部件振动的幅值和频率。实验结果表明该机型不存在共振现象。
Solving the vibration problems during cutting hard rock is important for enhancing the performance of a longitudinal boom roadheader. Through establishing mechanical and mathematical models of vibration, introduces the theoretical analysis method, and the experiment simulating practical condition of operation is carried out. The amplitude and frequency of components' vibration have been analyzed. No resonance there occurs.
