摘要 针对煤电钻及综合保护装置在煤矿井下经常出现过载运行等现象,在对煤电钻过载保护原理进行分析的基础上,采用基于单片机技术,对煤电钻综合保护器中过载保护部分电路进行设计,既避免煤电站因过载而频繁启动,又能在其超过温升极限前进行断电过载保护。重点给出软件系统的设计思路。 In view of the phenomenon that electric coal drill and integrated protection device often appear overload running at underground coal mine, using single-chip technology based on analyzing the overload protection principle of electric coal drill. The circuit of overload protection parts in electric coal drill' s integrated overload protection device is designed. The design thought of software system is given out. Avoids frequent start of electric coal drill due to overload, and also can do the cut-off overload protection before the temperature raise of electric coal drill exceed the temperature limit.
