摘要 教师是关系到高职院校发展的关键资源,加强高等职业院校教师绩效考核管理,是提高教师素质和教育水平,实现学院长远发展的有力保障。在梳理了我国高职教育政策,高职教育人才培养模式的特点、高职教师的职业特色以及国内对高职院校绩效考核研究的现状及不足的基础上,提出高职院校教师绩效考核要针对人才培养模式对教师的要求,设计出以学生为本位,以职业教育为导向的绩效考核机制,才能充分调动教师的工作积极性,从而推动高职教育事业的发展。 Teachers in higher vocational colleges is key resources, strengthen the development of higher vocational college performance assessment management is teachers to improve teachers' quality and education level, realizing the academy long-term development of a powerful guarantee. This paper carefully combed the education policy, our country's higher vocational talents training mode of higher vocational education the characteristics of higher vocational teachers' professional characteristics, as well as the domestic research performance appraisal in higher vocational colleges are the current situation and existing problems in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward performance assessment to teachers in higher vocational education personnel training mode, the requirements for teachers to students as the standard designed to professional education as the guidance, the performance evaluation mechanism, to fully arouse teachers' work enthusiasm, to promote the development of the cause of higher vocational education.
