偏头痛中医辨证存在问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures of migraine in TCM syndrome differentiation

通过对《中医病证诊断疗效标准》、《中药新药临床研究指导原则》、第五至第七版统编教材《中医内科学》和学术界对偏头痛辨证的比较分析,发现在权威文献之间、权威文献与临床文献之间存在较大差异。文章全面揭示了偏头痛现实辨证存在的问题,并从3个方面提出重新辨证规范的思路与方法。

Many major differences or contradiction on syndrome differentiation of migraine are revealed,in authority standards,clinical circles,and between authority and clinical circles,through extendedly comparing Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of TCM Diseases,Guidelines for the Clinical Research on New TCM Drugs,the fifth to seventh edition of Internal Medicine of TCM,and clinical syndrome differentiation statement.Under this condition,some countermeasures are put forward to rebuild the standard from three aspects.
