抗病毒片的止咳祛痰作用

Experimental study on antitussive and expectorant effects of Anti-virus Tablets

目的:研究抗病毒片止咳祛痰作用。方法:采用小鼠氨水引咳法和豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法观察止咳作用;用小鼠酚红排泌法观察祛痰作用。结果:抗病毒片能延长浓氨水或枸橼酸引起动物咳嗽的潜伏期,并减少咳嗽次数;能促进小鼠气管酚红排泌。结论:抗病毒片具有止咳、祛痰作用。

Objective： To observe the antitussive and expectorant effects of Anti-virus tablets.Methods： The cough models induced by ammonia liquor in mice and citric acid in guinea pigs were used to observe the antitussive effects.The method of phenol red excretion in mice was used to investigate the expectorant effects.Results： Anti-virus tablets could prolong the latent period of cough induced by ammonia liquor or citric acid,and decrease the frequency of cough;it could also increase phenol red output of trachea in mice.Conclusion： Anti-virus tablets have antitussive and expectorant effects.
