混合痔外剥内扎术患者临床路径的构建和应用研究

Research on the establishment and application of clinical pathway of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for milligan-morgan haemorrhoidectomy on patients of mixed hemorrhoids

目的:探讨混合痔外剥内扎术患者中西医结合临床路径(clinical patway,CP)的构建和疗效评价。方法:采用非同期队列研究,建立混合痔中西医结合临床路径,根据临床路径实施前后分为实验组(CP组150例)和对照组(非CP组150例),观察两组的平均住院天数、平均住院费用、并发症发生率及病人满意率。结果:CP组平均住院天数、平均住院费用低于非CP组(8.75±1.56)d vs(10.60±2.02)d,(3 407.22±789.23)元vs(4 310.89±978.08)元,(P<0.05),CP组病人满意率高于非CP组(P<0.05),两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义。结论:对混合痔手术患者实施中西医结合临床路径,可以缩短住院时间、减少住院费用,提高患者满意度,充分体现出中西医结合临床路径在混合痔医院管理和质量控制方面的价值。

Objective： To investigate the establishment and application of clinical pathway of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine for Milligan-morgan haemorrhoidectomy on patients of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods： To establish the clinical pathway of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine for Milligan-morgan haemorrhoidectomy.Mixed hemorrhoids patients were divided into the CP group（150 cases） and the non-CP group（150 cases）,The average length of hospital stay,Average hospital charges,the incidence of complications and Patient satisfaction were compared between groups.Results： The average length of hospital stay and average hospital charges of the CP group were shorter than the non-CP group（8.75±1.56）d vs（10.60±2.02）d,（3407.22±789.23）yuan vs（4310.89±978.08）yuan（P0.05）;The patient satisfaction of the CP group was higher than the non-CP group;The incidence of complications between groups was no statistical significance.Conclusion： Practicing the clinical pathway of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine for Milligan-morgan haemorrhoidectomy on patients of Mixed hemorrhoids,can shorten the average length of hospital stay,reduce the medical costs,improve patient satisfaction,fully displays its significance in hospital administration and quality control on Mixed hemorrhoids.
