乳腺癌的分子分型 被引量:19

摘要 乳腺癌是1种严重威胁女性健康的常见恶性肿瘤,近年来罹患此病的患者逐年增多。临床上发现组织学类型和病理分期相同的患者,在临床表现、治疗反应性和预后等方面有相当大的差异,其原因在于乳腺癌存在不同的分子分型。目前分子生物学技术的发展日益迅猛,同时随着人类完整基因图谱的公布,乳腺癌分子分型的研究被越来越多的肿瘤学者关注。
