摘要
钢板的厚度尺寸是影响承载力的主要因素,如果板厚尺寸偏差不明确,不是造成安全隐患,就是造成不必要的浪费。在钢板厚度允许偏差上,由于国家标准的不统一,使得在工程监理及施工单位的理解和执行中,选择规范不同而造成误差。通过对比《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)、《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50205-2001)等规范中钢板厚度允许偏差,提出合理化建议。
Thickness is a main factor affecting the bearing capacity of steel plate. If the thickness deviation of steel plate is not clear, potential safety hazard may exist or unnecessary waste may be caused. Due to the fact that allowable thickness deviation of steel plate is not unified in national standards, supervision and construction units may choose different criteria during comprehension and implementation of these standards, causing relatively obvious errors. Rational proposals are put forward after comparison of steel plate thicknesses between Code for design of steel structures (GB 50017-2003) and Code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures (GB 50205-2001 ).
