摘要
通过对LEED可持续性选址中替代交通部分的解读,剖析国外项目选址中关注的问题,并和我国绿色建筑评价标准对替代交通的要求进行了比较,剖析了LEED制定得分点的出发点和着眼点,建议我国标准在项目选址中借鉴考虑自行车棚、低排放和节油车辆、停车容量等的评分,并结合国情,制定可操作性强、真正能引导人们绿色生活、减少能耗和排放的相关条文。
Hot points focused in location selection of oversea project are discussed through explanation of the alternative transportation part in LEED sustainable location selection and they are compared with the requirements of domestic green building evaluation standard for alternative transportation. Basis and point of view according to which scoring point is given by LEED are discussed. Evaluation of bicycle shed, low- emission and fuel-efficiency vehicle and parking capacity shall be considered in national standard during selection of project location. Relevant articles which are highly feasible and which can guide people to have a green life and to reduce energy consumption and pollutant emission shall be established according to domestic conditions.
